| I need a PROGRAMMER. Volunteer position.
can't disclose too much information, but it'll be a program to be used in my Neuroscience Laboratory. I'll take care of the science behind the program, design the GUI, and determine what the program needs and should do. The programmer i'm looking for will need to be proficient with C++/Visual Basic (not just hello world programs!), know how to work with XML (for data acquisition), and know how to handle Serial ports.
your benefits: it'll look really really really good on your resume. imagine taking a software that is actively used in laboratories to your employer ...and telling them *you* wrote it! no more kiddy/useless sharewares to show off, you have an actual program to impress ur employer.

| a friend of mine was downtown for a haircut the other day and saw this.
those who have lived in downtown will recognize that its bathurst station in the background. pretty cool, eh? having lived on bathurst for a while, i've seen 3 car crashes that are literally in front of my door.
accidents? nothing new. but an rolled over car is new.
it somehow collided with a mazda and what you see is the result.
